About Medication Reviews
A medication review looks at the complete picture of what you take, including prescriptions, non-prescription products and supplements. Your GP can check for duplication, interactions and possible side effects.
Bring the medicines themselves or an accurate list, and mention any difficulties taking them. Your doctor can discuss monitoring, changes where appropriate and whether a pharmacist review would help.
